Who we are
Orikware is the trading name used by Jacob Reid, a sole proprietor operating in South Florida. Contact studio@orikware.com with privacy questions. This notice covers the public website, inquiries, accounts, and our administration of client relationships. When we process customer information for a client, that client determines its purposes and the applicable client agreement and data processing terms also govern.
Information we handle
Information you provide can include your name, business email, phone number, business details, service requirements, budget preferences, support messages, and an optional profile image. Account authentication and hosting providers process information needed to authenticate requests, deliver the service, and protect it against misuse.
Configured voice and automation services may process caller numbers, conversation audio, transcripts, summaries, appointment information, and preferences supplied in a call. The exact information depends on the client’s instructions and enabled providers. Avoid including sensitive personal information in public inquiries or demonstrations.
Why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, manage access, support clients, maintain records, investigate failures or abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where a law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the activity, such as performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, complying with law, or consent when required. A client must establish the lawful basis for information it directs us to process.
Service providers and disclosures
Services may involve Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account and database services, Vapi and its configured providers for voice processing, Make.com for automation, and client-authorized calendar or business systems. Only the providers enabled for the relevant workflow are involved. Client-specific provider roles, regions, and processing terms must be documented for that engagement.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or as necessary to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims. New uses materially different from the stated purposes require an appropriate notice and any legally required permission.
Browser storage and analytics
The site stores theme and companion preferences locally, and authenticated sessions may persist in browser storage. The Cookie Policy describes these uses. Optional Vercel Web Analytics, where enabled, provides usage measurements such as page views and device/browser information. The deployed configuration determines whether analytics is active.
Retention, security, and international processing
Retention depends on the information, the purpose of processing, the client’s instructions, contractual requirements, and legal recordkeeping duties. Client retention schedules and deletion procedures must be agreed before production processing. Removing a portal entry does not necessarily delete copies in a connected system or backup.
Access controls and other safeguards must reflect the deployment and data involved; no online service can eliminate every risk. Providers may process data outside your location. Where applicable law restricts a transfer, appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards must be in place before that transfer.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restrictions, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where these rights apply. Send requests to studio@orikware.com. We may need to verify identity and authority. For information controlled by a client business, contact that business first; we assist it under the applicable processing agreement. Where available, you may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator.
You can manage browser storage and microphone permission through browser settings. Clearing session storage may sign you out. The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact the studio.
Changes to this notice
The published version will identify its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Contact the studio for information about the practices applicable to your particular engagement.
