Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, exploitation, credential theft, malware, destructive actions, or attempts to bypass tenant or account restrictions.
- Fraud, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or concealment of an AI agent’s identity where disclosure is required.
- Harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, abusive communications, spam, or communications made without required permission.
- Submitting content or data you do not have rights to use, including unlawfully obtained recordings or confidential material.
- Attempting to extract another client’s information, system secrets, credentials, or private configuration through prompts or other techniques.
- Testing security controls beyond written authorization, overwhelming service capacity, or interfering with another user’s access.
Voice and automated communications
Before recording, transcribing, or making automated calls, establish the required lawful basis, permissions, notices, and opt-out handling for every relevant jurisdiction and use case. Client instructions must address AI disclosure, escalation, and restrictions on marketing communications. A browser microphone permission does not replace these obligations.
Use fictional details in demos. Do not rely on an AI agent for emergencies, binding professional advice, or decisions needing qualified human judgment. Confirm material commitments and high-impact actions through the agreed human review process.
Reporting and response
Report abuse or a suspected vulnerability to studio@orikware.com, without including live secrets or unnecessary personal information. The studio may investigate and proportionately restrict use that threatens security, breaches the agreement, or violates law, with notice where reasonable and lawful. This policy does not authorize accessing systems or data outside your permission.
